7. Photography and Marketing Consent

Photography

With your permission, Voodoo Ink may photograph completed tattoos or piercings for our portfolio, website, social media pages and promotional materials.

Permission for promotional photography is entirely optional and is recorded separately on our consent forms. Refusing permission will not affect the service you receive.

For clients under 18, appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian is also required before photographs are used for promotional purposes.

You may withdraw your permission for future use by contacting us. We will take reasonable steps to remove photographs from platforms under our control where applicable, although we cannot guarantee removal of material previously shared by third parties or distributed in print.

Marketing Communications

We may send promotional text messages about appointment availability, offers and studio news to customers who have actively opted in.

Marketing consent is optional and separate from consent to receive a tattoo or piercing.

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by replying STOP to a promotional message or contacting us at voodoo-ink@outlook.com.

We do not sell customer contact details or use medical information for marketing purposes.
